- Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) – Full tourism license for inbound/outbound operations in the UAE.
- Compliant with UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection and all DET consumer guidelines.
- Affiliated with IATA for airline ticketing.
- In Pakistan, we operate in full compliance with the Travel Agencies Act 1976 and rules under the Department of Tourist Services (DTS/TDCP where applicable).

Travel is beautiful but unpredictable. We act only as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, embassies, and tour operators. We do not guarantee:
- Visa approvals
- On-time flights or connections
- Weather in Skardu or traffic in Baku etc.
- Any outcomes beyond our direct control

Visa Application Disclaimer (The Most Important Section for Pakistanis & UAE Residents!)
Visa rules change faster than Dubai traffic! As of November 2025:

Real Story (Anonymized): A family from Lahore applied for Azerbaijan e-Visa in October 2025 – approved in 3 days because documents were perfect. Another client from Sharjah forgot a bank statement – rejected. Lesson? Follow our checklist!
We are not liable for visa rejections, delays, or associated costs (flights/hotels lost).
Flight & Airline Booking Disclaimer
We issue tickets via IATA system, but airlines control everything after issuance:
- Delays/cancellations common (especially PIA, FlyDubai Terminal 2 chaos, or fog in Lahore).
- Name changes? Almost impossible after issuance.
- Baggage rules strictly per airline – we’re not responsible if your 50kg zamzam water exceeds limits!
Hotel & Accommodation Disclaimer
We partner with verified hotels, but star ratings are local (a 5-star in Gilgit isn’t Burj Al Arab!). Room views, facilities, or renovations are hotel’s responsibility.
Tour Packages & Itinerary Changes
In sha Allah everything runs smoothly, but roads in northern Pakistan close due to landslides, Dubai can have sandstorms, Baku might have events closing sites. We reserve the right to alter itineraries for safety or operational reasons without refund if major components remain.
Umrah & Religious Tours Specific Terms (2025–2026 Season)
- All packages now must include verified hotel + transport via Nusuk/Masar platform (Saudi Ministry mandate Nov 2025).
- Insurance covering medical/repatriation mandatory.
- Women under 45 must travel with Mahram (Saudi rule).
- No refunds if Saudi suspends visas during Hajj season or for security.

Mandatory Travel Insurance
Every booking must include comprehensive insurance (medical, trip cancellation, lost baggage). We offer affordable plans – declining means you accept all risks yourself.
Force Majeure
Wars, pandemics (remember COVID?), earthquakes in Turkey, political unrest in northern areas, or government bans – we’re not liable. We’ll help rebook where possible.
Health & Vaccination Disclaimer
Check Smart Traveller / UAE MoHAP / Pakistan MoFA for latest requirements. We’re not doctors!
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum allowed by UAE law, our liability is limited to the service fee we charged you. No consequential damages (lost wages, emotional stress from missing a wedding in Baku, etc.).
Third-Party Suppliers
Airlines, hotels, local guides in Hunza or Tbilisi – their terms apply too.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate documents & info.
- Behave respectfully (no alcohol issues in Saudi, etc.).
- Arrive on time – we can’t chase you at Dubai Airport!

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
UAE bookings: Dubai Courts. Pakistan-origin bookings: may fall under Pakistani jurisdiction. We always prefer amicable settlement first!
