We are fully licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under Tourism License, and registered with the relevant authorities in Pakistan. For over a decade, we’ve been helping families from Defence Housing Authority (Lahore), Clifton (Karachi), Jumeirah (Dubai), Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Islamabad, and Peshawar create unforgettable memories – from luxury Azerbaijan & Georgia tours to budget-friendly Thailand escapes, and sacred Umrah journeys from Pakistan.

Introduction – Who We Are
City Holidays Travel & Tours is a licensed inbound & outbound tour operator and travel agency operating under the regulatory framework of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and in full compliance with UAE Federal consumer protection laws (including Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection as amended) and relevant Pakistani regulations.
We act as an intermediary between you (our valued client) and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, ground handlers in Gilgit-Baltistan, Baku, Tbilisi, etc.). We do our absolute best, but we cannot control everything – especially embassies, airlines, or the weather in Skardu!
General Disclaimer
The information on our website https://cityholidaystravel.com/ and in our quotations is provided in good faith and updated regularly. However, travel is dynamic – prices, schedules, and availability can change without notice due to factors beyond our control (currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, peak-season demand, etc.).
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by inaccuracies, errors, or omissions unless proven to be caused by our gross negligence.
Visa Application Disclaimer (The Most Important Section!)
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate/immigration authority. We provide complete assistance – document checklists, filling forms, appointment booking, and follow-ups – but we cannot guarantee approval.
Key 2025–2026 Updates & Real Talk:
- Azerbaijan: No visa-on-arrival for Pakistani passport holders. Only e-visa or sticker visa. Rejection rates remain high (20–30%) for incomplete documents or insufficient ties to home country.
- Georgia: New rules effective 2025 – even UAE residents with Pakistani passports need to prove GCC residence visa validity of at least 12 months + strong financials. Many clients from Dubai have been off-loaded at Tbilisi airport recently.
- Schengen, Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand: Standard rules apply, but embassies are stricter post-COVID.
- Saudi Umrah Visa (1447H–1448H / 2025–2026): Now mandatory to book hotel + transport via official Nusuk Masar platform before visa issuance. No more “visa first, hotel later”. We handle this for you, but delays/rejections can happen if Nusuk slots are full (especially Ramadan/Rajab).
Real Client Example (anonymized): Mr. Ahmed from Clifton, Karachi applied for Azerbaijan e-visa in October 2025 – rejected because bank statement showed low balance. We re-applied after he added property documents → approved in 4 days. Lesson: Always share complete financial proof!
We charge a non-refundable service fee for visa processing. If visa is refused, we refund the embassy fee (if refundable) minus our service charge.
Flight & Airline Booking Disclaimer
We book tickets on IATA airlines, but schedules/delays/cancellations are controlled by the airline and civil aviation authorities (GCAA UAE, PCAA Pakistan, etc.).
Common issues we see:
- Dubai DXB Terminal 2 delays (FlyDubai, Pakistan-bound flights)
- Sudden PCAA bans on certain routes
- Name spelling mistakes (100% client responsibility – we copy exactly what you provide)
No refunds for no-shows or missed connections due to client delay.
Hotel & Accommodation Disclaimer
We partner only with reputable, licensed hotels. Star ratings are based on official classification or supplier info. Sometimes a “5-star” in Northern Pakistan feels different from a 5-star in Dubai Marina – cultural differences!
Overbooking is rare but possible. If it happens, we upgrade you at no extra cost.
Tour Package & Itinerary Changes Disclaimer
In sha Allah everything runs smoothly, but roadblocks in Hunza, flight changes, or hotel maintenance can force changes. We always provide equal or better alternatives.
Northern Areas tours (Gilgit-Baltistan): Weather can close Karakoram Highway or Skardu airport with zero notice.
Umrah & Religious Tour Specific Disclaimer
Umrah 1447H–1448H (2025–2026) rules are the strictest ever:
- Hotel & transport must be pre-booked & verified on Nusuk before visa
- Compulsory insurance now included
- Limited slots during peak months
We are an approved Umrah operator, but Saudi Ministry decisions are final.
Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Travel Insurance Obligation & Disclaimer
Mandatory for all bookings. We provide comprehensive coverage (COVID, medical, trip cancellation). No insurance = no travel.
Force Majeure Clause
We are not liable for wars, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, political unrest (e.g., protests in Islamabad), airline strikes, or government decisions.
Health & Vaccination Requirements Disclaimer
Your responsibility to check and comply (e.g., polio certificate for Pakistanis returning home).
Liability Limitations
Our maximum liability is limited to the total package price paid. We are not responsible for personal injury, death, loss of belongings, or consequential damages unless caused by our proven gross negligence.
Third-Party Suppliers
Airlines, hotels, local guides in Baku or Fairy Meadows operate independently.
Client Responsibilities & Conduct
Provide accurate info, arrive on time, respect local laws (especially in Saudi Arabia & UAE), no illegal items.
